DO I NEED A DEPOSIT?
Yes. We ask for a 50% payment upon booking with Wildhearted & Hitched, which means we can then secure your chosen date and book your photographer, florist, hair and makeup artist and your celebrant for your nominated elopement date, and get the legal paperwork going. The remainder of payment is due 8 weeks prior to the ceremony date. All payments are non-refundable.

CAN I PAY WITH MY CREDIT CARD?
Sure can! We process all Credit Card payments through PayPal. Let us know at the time of booking that you'd like to pay that way and we'll get the ball rolling for you.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
All Wildhearted Package prices include our team travel within Central areas of the Gold Coast + Tamborine Mountain.
Ceremony permits for Package #1, #2, #3 are an extra cost if a popular ceremony area (i.e NSW beach or QLD park with a paid permit) is required. Cost of permit will be quoted when you have chosen your location. Gold Coast Beach Permit is Complimentary. NSW Tweed Beach Permit cost is $150, Gold Coast Park Permit cost is $120 at cost price. We will complete all permit paperwork on your behalf as a part of your Wildhearted package price to ensure that your chosen location is reserved correctly for your specific elopement date & times required.
*Please note: - Travel outside of the Central Gold Coast area + Tamborine Mountain within this map will incur team travel charges - for Tweed Coast + remote Scenic Rim areas please enquire for travel costs prior to booking accommodation or confirming your ceremony location to ensure we are able to travel to your chosen location.
Our MOBILE Professional hair and Makeup artists are available to help you get ready at either your home or your accommodation on either the Central Gold Coast Areas or Tamborine Mountain QLD. For the Tweed Coast, Northern NSW area’s please enquire if extra travel costs will apply before committing to an accommodation booking.
If our legal witness service is required to be reserved for your package (i.e for package #1, or #2 - your getting ready location will need to be close to your ceremony location - please no more than 15 km away - so our Wildhearted team member can easily travel to co-witness your ceremony with our photographer.)
Our Stylist Furniture Packages (Furniture hire + delivery +set up + pack down) are available for the Central Gold Coast + Tamborine Mountain + Tweed Coast areas only.
WHAT FLOWERS CAN I CHOOSE?
After you've booked, your florist Michelle of Flowers at the Door, will be more than happy to guide the process and help you create something completely unique to you that matches your colour scheme. Wildhearted signature bouquets are legendary and we often have a few out of the box ideas that you may not have considered. After booking with us, we ask that you send our florist a photograph (or a few images of inspiration that she can combine) of your ideal bridal bouquet, flower crown or wired Floral Hair Piece and our talented florist will work her magic to create an ideal arrangement just for you.
Our floral package includes: A exquisite custom made Wildhearted fresh floral bouquet of your choice custom made for you by our florist plus Boutonniere or a delicate handmade fresh Flower Crown/a wired Floral Hair Piece and small Wildhearted floral bouquet plus Boutonniere (delivered to your accomodation or home within our service area)

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ELOPING?
Before you marry, Australian Law requires that you complete a Notice of Intention of Marriage. This document must be lodged with your celebrant no less than one month before your intended elopement date. After booking with us our Celebrant will contact you directly to help you with all paperwork and assist with your personalised ceremony for the day. This can either be completed in person with our celebrant if you make an appointment to meet prior to the day, or completed remotely from your home.
CAN WE RENEW OUR VOWS?
Yes! We would love to help create a beautiful vow renewal ceremony for you. Just ask.
